For company logos, there is a $25 set up fee. The set up fee is a ONE TIME fee, not per product, and is good forever for that specific logo. To add the set up fee to your cart, please find it under any of our tabs and add it as a product. Once you have paid for your order, please email us your logo. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you. ***THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR LIVESTOCK SPECIES
Creative Virtue Crafts does not manufacture these stadium seats, we simply customize them just as we would a t-shirt, koozie, or other custom product. We will not ship faulty product, but we can not be responsible for product malfunctions in the future. These are nice quality bleacher seats with all of the bells and whistles, like pocket, and carrying strap.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns, or issue refunds on our hand crafted items –except for the following reasons:
-If our item arrives damaged due to our negligence in packaging, and you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Damages caused by shippers will require you to file a claim with the shipper. Most of our packages are shipped Priority Mail with insurance.
-If the item is a custom item, and we have misspelled a name or word on your custom item. Please note, we are not responsible for your misspelling on any order forms. Check and double check everything you send to us.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us, and we will see if we can work out a solution.
