Our founder, Lisa, brings a lifetime of experience to Creative Virtue Customs. As a former board member of several jackpot shows, a 4-H leader, and a proud 4-H mom, she knows firsthand what it takes to keep events running smoothly. Having once been in charge of ordering awards herself, Lisa understands the challenges of working with tight budgets while still wanting to provide exhibitors with something meaningful. That experience fuels her commitment to helping every show — big or small — find the perfect awards that honor hard work and dedication without sacrificing quality.
