Return Policy
We do not accept returns, or issue refunds, on custom items unless the item is damaged during shipment due to our negligence. If the item is damaged due to the carrier's negligence, you must file a claim with the carrier. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any damages.
We will replace am item if we make a mistake in spelling, but we will not be responsible for any mistakes in your spelling. Double check your customizing instructions to us before check out.
