Custom Livestock Award Polar Camel Hot/Cold Tumblers are perfect for cold mornings in the barn, or hot days in the show ring. Engraved with your show information, a thank you note to a buyer, a livestock species, or anything you can dream up, these great cups can be personalized with just about anything!
Available in several color options - Black, Red, Royal, Navy, White, Teal, and Pink. Engraving on red, black, navy, and royal will be white. Engraving on white, teal, and pink will be black. We can not change those options.
Add your logo for an additional $2 per tumbler on the opposite side as the personalization. Please note, there is a one time logo set up fee.
20 oz. Polar Camel Tumbler with Silicone Grip and Clear Lid - The standard lid has a "sipping hole" which also fits a straw. Add an optional slider lid (you get BOTH) for $4.99.
20 oz. Stainless Steel Polar Camel Travel Mug features double-wall vacuum insulation with a clear lid. The mug has a narrower bottom to fit most standardd cup holders. It is 2X heat & cold resistant compared to a normal travel mug. Polar Camels are made from 18/8 gauge stainless steel (18% chromium/8% nickel) - also known as Type 304 Food Grade.
FOR LOGO - There is a one time $25 logo set up fee - good for life with us, as long as your logo stays the same, and can be used on any of our products. To add the logo set up fee to your cart simply put logo fee in search bar, or find it on any of our pages listed as a product, and add to your cart. Once your order has been paid for, email us a clear copy of your logo to creativevirtuecrafts@gmail.com. If we have any issues recreating your logo, we will contact you within 24 hours (we are closed on Sunday).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns, or issue refunds on our hand crafted items –except for the following reasons:
-If our item arrives damaged due to our negligence in packaging, and you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Damages caused by shippers will require you to file a claim with the shipper. Most of our packages are shipped Priority Mail with insurance.
-If the item is a custom item, and we have misspelled a name or word on your custom item. Please note, we are not responsible for your misspelling on any order forms. Check and double check everything you send to us.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us, and we will see if we can work out a solution.
