If we do not have your logo on file, there is a one time logo set up fee.
FOR LOGO - There is a one time $25 logo set up fee - good for life with us, as long as your logo stays the same, and can be used on any of our products. To add the logo set up fee to your cart simply put logo fee in search bar, or find it on any of our pages listed as a product, and add to your cart. Once your order has been paid for, email us a clear copy of your logo to creativevirtuecrafts@gmail.com. If we have any issues recreating your logo, we will contact you within 24 hours (we are closed on Sunday).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns, or issue refunds on our hand crafted items –except for the following reasons:
-If our item arrives damaged due to our negligence in packaging, and you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Damages caused by shippers will require you to file a claim with the shipper. Most of our packages are shipped Priority Mail with insurance.
-If the item is a custom item, and we have misspelled a name or word on your custom item. Please note, we are not responsible for your misspelling on any order forms. Check and double check everything you send to us.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us, and we will see if we can work out a solution.

Slate Disclosure
Please note, that oval hanging slates are genuine slate material. Therefore, they are irregular in shape, and each slate has different “chipping” along the edges. Rough handling may cause additional chipping.
Due to their irregular shape, and unique chipping patterns, it may appear that your engraving is off center, or even crooked.
Please note, that all wording is digitally centered, and we use the two holes for hanging your slate as a guide for the center.
Typically the date falls in the center of the two holes, and all other text, logo, and information will be centered under the date.
If your eyes are playing tricks, and the slate appears to hang crooked on your wall, we suggest adjusting the jute twine that holds your slate.
